The Buyers Advantage

Goal: Make a clear and concise home search site based upon the VOW (Virtual Office Website) model.

Customer: The Buyers Advantage serves the Kansas City metro real estate market and provides virtually 100% of the leads to the agents in their office. They rely heavily on Internet lead generation in order to generate a large quantity of high quality leads for their agents.

To attract and acquire these internet leads The Buyers Advantage provides free real estate information and resources including MLS searches, lists of homes, reports, information and pre-approvals. This type of Internet lead generation provides prospective buyers with knowledge, information and tools that make it easier for them to begin the process of searching for a home. It also provides The Buyers Advantage with legitimacy and credibility before contacting the prospective buyer by phone.

Challenge: The Buyers Advantage was faced with an existing real estate web site design that was not flexible enough to meet their requirements. They needed to provide specific features and deflect the cost burden of starting a new real estate web site.

Solution: The Buyers Advantage submitted a general outline and ideology for the solution that they hoped for. Metal Software provided highly detailed lists of work to be performed and costs associated with the overall project.

After agreeing on the work to be done, MetalSoftware began working on the project. The Buyers Advantage was kept up-to-date every step of the way. They were able to respond to and review items as they were completed. Any items that The Buyers Advantage wanted to have modified were typically modified within 12 hours.

Result: In the words of The Buyers Advantage: "The results are well beyond our expectations. The website looks better than expected due to the input of MetalSoftware and their design team. The website functions better than expected due to the hard work of the programmers at MetalSoftware. The speed of the web page is incredibly fast for the amount of information that we requested to be on each page. We now have a fully customized solution that is currently generating approximately 3 times as many leads as our previous solution.
